Sample & Freight Policy

We supply on a B2B basis and most projects begin with a custom sample. This page sets out our standard, indicative sample and freight costs so buyers can budget before requesting a formal quotation.

1. Sampling

• Standard production sample: USD 250 – 800 per unit depending on category, materials and finish.
• Custom prototype from a buyer's drawing: USD 400 – 1,500 per unit, plus tooling charges where applicable.
• Fabric, leather and timber swatches: complimentary, freight-to-pay (DHL / FedEx account).
• Sample charges are adjustable against the first confirmed bulk order above the agreed MOQ.

2. Packing

All goods are packed to international export standards: bubble + foam + double-wall carton; for fragile or high-value pieces, ISPM-15 compliant wooden crates or pallets. Packing is included in our FOB price.

3. Freight — indicative ranges

Actual freight is quoted at the time of booking and varies with route, season, fuel surcharge and shipping-line availability. The numbers below are typical ranges from Mundra Port, India in 2026, and are provided only for budgeting.

• Air courier (sample): USD 80 – 250 per sample carton, 3–7 working days.
• LCL sea freight: USD 90 – 180 per CBM, 25–45 days port-to-port.
• FCL 20': USD 1,200 – 3,500 to major EU / UK / US East Coast ports.
• FCL 40' HC: USD 1,800 – 5,500 to major EU / UK / US ports.

4. Duties and last-mile

Import duty, GST/VAT, customs clearance and inland delivery are paid by the buyer (unless the agreed Incoterm is DDP). We provide all standard export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, FSC® and fumigation certificates where applicable.

5. Payment for samples and freight

• 100% advance for samples (wire transfer or international card).
• Freight is invoiced at actuals on shipment, supported by the carrier's bill.
• We do not currently offer online checkout for production orders, every project is quoted, sampled and contracted directly.
