Manufacturing is organised around clear stage-gates, sampling, pilot run, bulk run, QC, packing, so volume orders ship without drift from the approved sample. Factory audits are welcome at any stage.

Bring a drawing, a reference image or a written brief. We translate it into a buildable spec sheet, develop a sample, and iterate until you sign off, then lock the spec for bulk.

Documentation, packing, dispatch.
Export packing, fumigation, container loading and shipping documentation are handled in-house. Communication stays in one thread from PI to BL.
